Arax lands cybersecurity firm in Knowledge Quarter building

Arax Properties and asset manager Eurazeo have prelet 12,000 sq ft in their building Mainframe to a global cybersecurity firm.

Snyk has signed a five-year lease on the third floor of the 110,000 sq ft building at 24 Eversholt Street, NW1, in Euston’s Knowledge Quarter.

Mainframe in London’s Knowledge Quarter 

The 1930s building has recently been refurbished. It is carbon neutral and is set to achieve EPC A, BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certification. It offers Cat A and Cat A+ office space and has a wellness studio, commuter zone and communal roof garden.

Gail’s Bakery and Pizza Pilgrims are tenants. Around 84,846 sq ft is still available.

Giles Morse, partner at Arax Properties, said: “This letting is another vote of confidence for the building and for the Knowledge Quarter.”
