Advanced Research Clusters’ proposed Tech Edge West scheme at Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Didcot, Oxfordshire, has been recommended for approval by planners at Vale of White Horse District Council.
The council’s planning committee will meet next week to discuss the Brookfield life sciences spin-off’s plans to expand the existing workspace on the campus by adding another two buildings on the 9.4-acre brownfield site.
The development, designed by Scott Brownrigg, will provide almost 70,000 sq ft of office and lab space, replacing redundant road infrastructure, along with areas of woodland, scrub and a mixture of grassland mosaic and amenity grassland.
