Arcadia in talks for Sears’ womenswear high street chains

Arcadia is in talks to buy several Sears’ Womenswear businesses.

They include Wallis, Miss Selfridge, Warehouse and Richards. It is not clear whether Adams, the childrenswear chain would be included in the deal.

Philip Green and the Barclay brothers currently own the businesses.
