Philip Green’s Arcadia fashion group is searching for its second chairman in a year after Jamie Drummond Smith, a restructuring specialist appointed in April, relinquished the role. “Jamie was appointed on an interim basis to assist the board through the restructuring options for the group,” said Ian Grabiner, chief executive of Arcadia. “Following the successful completion and approval of the group’s CVAs, Jamie has stepped down from his role”.
