Fashion giant Arcadia has announced plans to adopt a new working relationship with property firms in a bid to drive forward its Townprint brand management strategy.
The strategy’s aim is to match outlets to the correct Arcadia format in order to maximise returns. Arcadia set out its objectives to secure more turnover-related rents, shorter lease terms and greater flexibility to swap brands between existing properties at a briefing held for landlords, agents and developers.
According to the Arcadia the move will benefit both the retailer and property firms.
