DTZ has leased a 90,000 sq ft of logistics space in Daventry on behalf of Sims Group.
The building – Unit 15 on Fawsley Drive in the Heartlands Business Park – has been let to Arcese as its Midlands distribution hub.
The unit has recently been refurbished following the departure of former tenant Sims earlier this year.
Gemma Constantinou, of DTZ’s Industrial agency team, commented: “As part of our marketing strategy, DTZ expanded the planning use class to encompass storage and distribution use which, together with the high-quality refurbishment, appealed to Arcese, which was seeking premises in Daventry.”
