Three senior executives have resigned at American Realty Capital Properties Inc., the U.S. real estate investment trust that recently disclosed accounting errors.
The firm’s executive chairman, Nicholas Schorsch, has resigned, as has Chief Executive Officer David Kay and Chief Operating Officer Lisa Beeson.
William Stanley will take on the roles of CEO and chairman until replacements are found.
