Canadian outdoor clothing specialist Arc’teryx is in advanced talks to take a lease of more than 10 years at 212 Piccadilly, W1, for its flagship UK stand-alone shop.
Quoting rent for the 1,685 sq ft ground and basement shop is £235,000 pa.
Cushman & Wakefield and Nash Bond are advising landlord the Crown Estate.
All parties declined to comment.
