Healthcare technology company Arcturis Data is to move into Life Science REIT’s Building One at Oxford Technology Park.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease on 5,500 sq ft of workspace on the ground floor at a rent of £28.66 per sq ft. The deal includes a break clause and rent review at the end of the fifth year.
Overall occupancy at Oxford Technology Park now stands at 86%, with Life Science REIT targeting to let a further 262,000 sq ft of space at Buildings Six to Eleven during the next 18 months.
Simon Farnsworth, managing director of Ironstone Asset Management, Life Science REIT’s investment adviser, said: “The letting further validates the development led approach of the company in creating new space in this growing market with significant unmet requirements.”
