Arena Leisure hopes to build a fourth all-weather racing rack at Thurrock, in Essex, following its S16m purchase of Midlands-based RAM Racing Leisure.The acquisition of two new racecourses includes leisure facilities, a 54-bedroom hotel at Wolverhampton and an 18-hole golf course at Southwell, Nottinghamshire.
