Italian sports car firm Ares Performance has opened a new 4,758 sq ft showroom at 77 Piccadilly, W1.
The premises were formerly occupied by Japanese car maker Infiniti, which recently opened flagship stores at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford.
CBRE and AGL advised.
CBRE surveyor Andrew Brenninkmeijer said: “Car showrooms are moving away from being purely sales-driven retail locations to innovative space offering unique brand experiences. The move by Infiniti to London’s prime shopping destinations fits its expansion plans to move away from traditional sales points in order to pioneer a format which allows for more customer engagement.”
