Argent has unveiled plans for a 350,000 sq ft mixed-use building at the heart of its 67-acre King’s Cross Central regeneration scheme.
Niall McLaughlin Architects has been chosen to design the T1 building, which will be located immediately to the north of Regent’s Canal, N1, alongside the Channel Tunnel railtracks.
The building will include 148 flats, a gym, a restaurant and shops.
A reserved matters application will be submitted next year.
