Argent has netted Global Radio for the eighth floor of its Eleven Brindleyplace office scheme in Birmingham.
Global Radio, home to some of the UK’s leading commercial radio brands such as Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Xfm, LBC, Choice and Gold, has taken 8,555 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the building.
It is believed to be paying £26 per sq ft and will move to its new offices from spring 2013.
Anita Wright, regional managing director, Global Radio, said: “We couldn’t think of a better venue to house both Heart and Capital [radio]. Eleven Brindleyplace provides us with a workspace that’s fit for the future and keeps our stations right in the heart of the West Midlands.”
Global Radio joins existing tenants including Capita Symonds, the West Midlands headquarters of the Institute of Directors, Argent and Colliers International
