Argo Group, a Bermuda-based insurance company, has placed 33,000 sq ft under offer at Generali’s One Fen Court, EC3.
The deal will see the company leave its existing HQ at Exchequer Court, EC3, which US insurer AmTrust has acquired for its own occupation.
The 424,000 sq ft Eric Parry-designed office is being developed in conjunction with Greycoat and CORE. The majority of the building has been prelet by M&G ahead of its scheduled completion in January 2018.
The deal with Argo will leave just one 33,000 sq ft floor available. Quoting rents are £69.50 per sq ft.
