Investor Argo has put the freehold for an £80m GDV residential development in Ilford, east London, up for sale.
It has appointed Harris Associates and Montagu Evans to market the scheme, also known as the Jukebox.
The site, located at 74-76 High Road, is a two-storey retail parade. It has planning consent for two residential towers, providing 117 homes and retail spaces on the ground and first floors.
It is being sold as a mixed-use opportunity. Viability assessments, by TP Bennett and HdAr Architects, indicated the site has potential to provide a 304-bed student accommodation scheme, or a 284-bed co-living development.
Argo also owns retail spaces at 62-72 & 78-82 High Road on either side of the site, which are available for sale, via separate negotiation.
The agents are inviting offers on an unconditional or subject-to-planning basis for a purchase.
