Argos is to open its first Dublin south city store in a prime unit on the first floor of St Stephens Green Shopping Centre.
The unit has a ground floor of 943 sq m (10,155 sq ft) with a mezzanine floor of 333 sq m (3,580 sq ft) and basement storage of 46 sq m (500 sq ft). Argos is taking a 25 year lease with 5 yearly upward-only rent reviews at an initial rent of ¬336,480 (Stg £212,000) a year.
The Centre, next to Dublin’s prime Grafton St, is jointly owned by British Land and Irish Life.
