Argos has taken a 21,000 sq ft unit at the Dunnes Stores-owned Kyle Shopping Centre in Portlaoise in the Irish midlands.
It is the latest in a string of lettings at the 113,000 sq ft centre in the County Laois town including Hallmark Cards, Sky TV and The Bag Shop. The shops will open this summer.
Dunnes began trading from its 65,000 sq ft clothes and food store in the 22-unit centre before Christmas last year.
DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald represented Argos in the latest transaction; Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landlord.
JLL’s George Ross said there would be further lettings announced at the centre during the summer.
