The ECC Group are moving their headquarters to Arlington Business Park, Reading, at junction 12 of the M4. They have taken the 16,275-sq ft Building 1015 at £26.50 per sq ft, and are to sublet 5,125 sq ft.
Other tenants at The Park include Thorn EMI and Smiths Crisps while Arlington will themselves be moving in later this year.
