Arlington is pressing ahead with 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) of speculative offices at Birmingham Business Park following the letting of the last available space at the scheme.
Linpac Mouldings has taken the last vacant unit at Park Square and all of the newly completed 2,972 sq m (32,000 sq ft) first phase of Kings Court is either let or under offer.
The developer is now building the second 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) phase of Kings Court speculatively for completion by the end of the year.
Linpac has taken 1,114 sq m (12,000 sq ft) in Park Square on a 15 year lease, with no breaks, at a rent believed to be around £193 per sq m (£18 per sq ft). A rent free period was included.
DTZ Debenham Thorpe acted for Linpac. Grimley and Strutt & Parker are letting agents on Birmingham Business Park.
