Arlington Securities has sold 4.4-acres at its Stevenage Business Park in Hertfordshire for an 80,000 sq ft office complex.
The £3.1m sale of Plot 1000 to LEA Investments leaves four acres of land available at the 24-acre park next to the A1, where iOG and Gates Ford have schemes.
Strutt & Parker advised Arlington; LEA represented itself.
