Arm signs for more space at British Land’s Peterhouse Technology Park

British Land has signed semiconductor company Arm for more space at its 14-acre Peterhouse Technology Park in Cambridge.

Arm already occupies 330,000 sq ft across all six buildings at the park, and has now signed for the new Optic building, set to complete next month.

Michael Wiseman, British Land’s head of workspace leasing and science and technology, said: “Arm is a globally significant business and its commitment to expand in Cambridge and the UK demonstrates the strength of our tech ecosystems and the growing demand for high specification offices and lab spaces in the Cambridge area.

“The UK, particularly the Golden Triangle, is ideally suited to support the growth of the world’s top innovation firms, like Arm, due to its world class academic and research institutions and deep pool of talent.”
