Arrowcroft has started one of the largest speculative industrial developments in the North West in recent years. The £4m Commerce Park at Wharfside, Trafford Park, Greater Manchester is to be built on a 2.83 ha (7 acre) site, bought from Trafford Park Development Corporation. The development will provide a total of 70,604 sq m (760,000 sq ft) in seven self-contained buildings suitable for office, warehousing or industrial uses. They are expected to be ready for occupation in February 1997. Letting agent Dunlop Heywood is quoting a rent of £53.82 per sq m (£5 per sq ft).
