Artesia Banking Corporation is to sell its HQ, the 36,000m2 World Trade Centre Tower, and their 22,000m2 Brussels buildings on the Rue de Trèves to an Asian company for an undisclosed sum.
The total surface area for the offices is 58,000m2. The agent for Artesia is Jones Lang LaSalle.
