Ascot Holdings has sold the last of its UK hotels, the Strand, in Bude, Cornwall, for £325,000.
It has also completed four further UK property disposals and a land sale in Spain for £5.29m. Howard Dwyer, chief executive, said the disposals ended Ascot’s interest in UK hotels and substantially reduced the company’s exposure in Spain.
