Asda Property Holdings has acquired the freehold of 20-66 Station Road, Solihull, West Midlands, from Land Securities for £6.2m.
The investment comprises a parade of 19 ground floor shops, each with two floors of residential stock above. Tenants include the AA, Allied Irish Bank, Endsleigh Insurance, Whitbread, and Yates Brothers. Rental income is £609,000 pa.
