Asda Property Holdings has bought a freehold property at 20/66 Station Road, Solihull in the West Midlands, from Land Securities for £6.2m. It comprises a complete parade of 19 ground floor shop units, each with two floors or residential accommodation above.
Tenants include the AA, Allied Irish Banks, Endsleigh Insurance, Whitbread and Yates Brothers.
