AshbyCapital has signed a deal with shared workspace operator Orega for it to take another 11,000 sq ft at the Colmore Building in Birmingham.
Orega will take a 10-year management agreement for space on the ground floor. It already has 17,000 sq ft on the mezzanine floor.
The Colmore Building has more than 310,000 sq ft of office space over 14 storeys. It has 52,948 sq ft remaining.
GVA and JLL are the leasing agents.
