McArthurGlen has been given planning consent from Ashford borough council for an expansion of its Ashford Designer Outlet centre in Kent.
The extension will include 38 new shops, six new restaurants and a 725-space car park, bringing the centre to a total of 285,000 sq ft.
McArthurGlen developed and manages Ashford Designer Outlet, which it originally opened in 2000.
It plans to open the extension by 2018.
