High-flying Ashtenne has leased a new 55,000 sq ft unit at Blackwood, South Wales, to British Airways Interiors Engineering (BAIE) at undisclosed terms.
The building will be an extension to BAIE’s existing 52,000 sq ft factory at Hawtin Park.
The project is being managed by King Sturge.
James Nicholas, Regional Manager for Ashtenne in Wales, said “Hawtin Park is an important site for us in South Wales, and British Airways is clearly a valued tenant.”
