Ashwell Rogers’ office agency team has split from the company and is now trading as Ashwell London.
Ash Sharma, one of the four founding partners of Ashwell Rogers, has established the new business. He has retained his team of Richard Williams and Megan Carr, with Jimmy Bell as a consultant. Ashwell London will also be dealing with investment and development agency.
Jeremy Good and Roger Dunlop, also a founding partner of Ashwell Rogers, will retain the remaining business of Ashwell Rogers, including general landlord and tenant work, rent reviews, lease renewals, high street and out-of-town retail agency, rating appeals, valuations and property management.
Roger Dunlop will also act as a consultant to Ashwell London, providing landlord and tenant services to Ashwell London’s clients.
In a joint statement, Ashwell Rogers and Ashwell London said: “This restructuring has been undertaken amicably and is a result of the business evolving into two very distinct areas of work: office agency; and professional and retail. This restructuring allows both businesses to concentrate and grow their respective disciplines whilst continuing to work together.”
Both companies will continue to be located at the firms’ Soho office at 21 Ganton Street, W1.
