Home delivery firm ArrowXL has agreed to take a 10-year lease over an 85,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Enfield, EN3, from Aberdeen Standard Investments.
The warehouse, known as Urban 85, covers a 4.5-acre site at the 24-acre Enfield Distribution Park, developed by ASI and Graftongate.
Other tenants at the site include Cook’s Delights, Farmdrop, DFS and Beavertown Brewery.
Colin Beasley, director at Graftongate, said: “Urban 85 will give the company a first-class logistics base in a prime north London location, with access to a high quality local workforce.”
Richard Hall, group property director at ArrowXL, said: “ArrowXL continue to successfully roll out their expansion and build a modern network of facilities across the UK, building their leading position in the delivery of large items and fitting of home and leisure products.”
