Salmon Harvester Properties has landed an Aspers casino among a raft of new tenants at the former Flowers Brewery in Cheltenham, which is known as The Brewery (pictured).
Aspers is a new casino venture between Australian entrepreneur Kerry Packer’s family and Damian Aspinall’s casino operator Aspinalls, which is planning to roll out a network
of 40,000-150,000 sq ft casinos across the country.
Aspers has agreed a 57,000 sq ft prelet on a 15-year lease at the 200,000 sq ft Brewery.
Salmon Harvester, a joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual, has also secured tenants including cinema operator Cine UK, Fitness First and a number of restaurants.
