West Midlands-based logistics firm Aspray 24 has purchased 5.5 acres to accommodate its £5m expansion plans.
The Willenhall-based transport and warehousing firm has paid around £1m to landowner Willenhall 123 for the site next to Aspray’s existing Noose Lane home.
Aspray now intends to knock down the old sheds on the site and build a new 100,000 sq ft shed. The development will cost around £5m.
