Warrington-based health centre developer Assura has sold its former head office in Daresbury, Cheshire, for £5.5m.
The firm said it had sold the site to a private buyer and would use the proceeds to pay down debt. The building was part of a £26.3m portfolio of non-core assets it is looking to offload.
In November, Assura, which owns a £563m portfolio, reported a 3.7% boost in rental income to £36.2m. It posted an interim pretax profit of £6.5m compared with a £26.3m loss previously.
