
Aston Martin has agreed a deal to transform a former bookmakers in Mayfair into a glitzy 1,730 sq ft showroom, to be launched next year.
The luxury car manufacturer, famous for providing James Bond’s motor (pictured), has signed a 15-year deal for 9 Dover Street, W1, at a rent of £500,000 pa.
It will open in February and house a single showpiece car and sell luxury accessories.
The building was previously occupied by Ladbrokes, but is best known as the home of Dover Street Restaurant and Bar which closed in July 2014 following the death of its owner.
The family retains the freehold of the building.
