Car maker Aston Martin is to house part of its prototype and vehicle development operation at the 1.75m sq ft MIRA Technology Park near Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Aston Martin has taken 15,800 sq ft at the park, which benefits from enterprise zone status.
George Gillespie, chief executive at MIRA, said: “As an iconic British automotive brand, Aston Martin is a very welcome addition to MIRA Technology Park.
“By selecting MIRA Technology Park as a new location for their prototype and vehicle development teams, Aston Martin is able to take advantage of an entirely bespoke and secure facility whilst also taking advantage of MIRA’s extensive research and testing facilities right on their doorstep.”
Aston Martin will join existing tenants including Norgen, Bosch and Haldex.
