Aston Marton will shift production of two models to a new plant, Gaydon in Warwickshire, over the next five to seven years.
It will end the assembly of the DB7 and Vanquish models at Newport Pagnell, and Bloxham.
Bloxham has been earmarked as a potential centre for motorsport and the other site will be reduced to a service and repair centre.
