Specialist lender Atelier has completed the financing of two conversion schemes to create homes in the centre of Birmingham.
The loans comprise £4.7m to convert an office building located in the Colmore Business District into 15 apartments and £7.2m to regenerate a Grade II listed building on Constitution Hill into 32 apartments in the city’s Jewellery Quarter.

Rav Kudhail, lending manager at Atelier, said: “We are delighted to announce the financing of two exciting conversion projects in Birmingham, situated in prime locations within the city centre and the Jewellery Quarter.
