AtisReal lost another two directors this week, with former head of city development Stewart Knight joining Austrian property developer Stumpf and hotels director Andrew Horder joining rival Savills.
Knight will lead Stumpf’s development drive in London, concentrating on large scale office developments in the City and West End.
The formation of Stumpf UK follows the appointment earlier this year of Chris Bennett, former chairman of DTZ central and Eastern Europe, to work for Stumpf in these markets.
Horder joins fellow ex-Atisreal hotels director Nick Newell at Savills.
Horder will focus on the central London hotel market, while Newell will provide professional and valuation services.
The two new additions to Savills’ hotels team mean that the company has poached a third of Atisreal’s hotels division.
Savills also expanded its European investment team this week with the appointment of Giles Wilcox as director.
He joins from Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, where he was a partner in its European investment group.
