Atlantic Fund Management and Lothbury Property Trust have won consent for a 360,800 sq ft (33,520 sq m) distribution scheme at Greenford Park, Greenford, West London.
The 19-acre (8ha) site, which will comprise two buildings of 310,000 sq ft (28,800 sq m) and 50,800 sq ft (4,720 sq m), is expected to command a rent of around £10 per sq ft (£108 per sq m).
