Lambert Smith Hampton’s national sale on 9 May at Le Meridien Piccadilly, W1, raised £12.1m, with a 76% success rate from 54 lots. A former bank in Burnham, near Slough, Berkshire, sold for £620,000 off a £250,000 guide.
