Boats, a camper van and a Volvo P1800 estate – as driven by Roger Moore in 1960s TV series The Saint – are included in an upcoming Auction House West Yorkshire lot. The items are partly covered by  undergrowth surrounding a three-bedroom house in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Guided at £100,000, it has been empty since being affected by a landslide in 2005. The 2 December sale is at Leeds United Football Club.

Tenancy brings £320 rent
A two-bedroom semi-detached house, subject to a protected tenancy from the early 1970s and with a rent of £320 per month, is on offer at Stephenson & Son’s 8 December sale at York Auction Centre. Down Yonder, in Amotherby, North Yorkshire, has a guide price of £115,000 to £125,000.

New chapter for library
Phipps & Pritchard raised £525,000 by selling all five lots at its auction on 10 November at Stone Manor Hotel, Kidderminster. Properties included a former library in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, which has approval for conversion to three bungalows and sold for £200,000 off a guide of £200,000 to £250,000.

Substations plugged in
Two former electricity substations are included in Birmingham & Black Country’s catalogue for its 10 December sale at Walsall Football Club. The lots, in Walsall and Birmingham, are both guided at £10,000 to £20,000.
