Harman Healy will offer more than 50 lots at its 8 November sale at Kensington Town Hall, W8. Properties include a flat in Streatham, SW16, let on an assured shorthold tenancy producing £12,000 income pa and guided at £175,000-plus. The priciest lot is a freehold terrace house in Croydon, Surrey, guided at £320,000-plus. In need of modernisation, the house is being offered on behalf of a housing association. The lowest guide is £11,500-plus for a two-bedroom ground floor flat in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, which is also unmodernised.
A mansion block in Hampstead, NW3, will go under the hammer at the Barnard Marcus sale on 14 November, guided at £3m. Norfolk Mansions contains eight flats and is being offered with full vacant possession and includes a basement with development potential. There are two other £1m-plus lots: a four-floor terrace house in Clapham, SW4, with potential for extension and conversion into four self-contained flats, and a freehold former garage and workshop with flat above in Hampton, Middlesex. The sale will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2, with more than 230 properties on offer.
The Great North Property Auction, operated by IAM Sold, will see 70 properties go under the hammer on 7 November. The largely residential catalogue includes a one-acre plot of residential land in Liverton, Saltburn-by-the-sea, Cleveland, with a starting price of £55,000. A two-bedroom terrace house in Ferryhill, County Durham, is guided at £18,000, while a detached house in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, is offered with a starting price of £250,000. The sale will be held at the Ramside Hall Hotel, Carville, Durham.
