Auction House London raised £28.5m in its latest live-streamed sale, held on 16 March.
The auction saw 133 lots find buyers from 147 offered – a 91% success rate. However, 30 lots were withdrawn prior.
In Marylebone, W1, a two-bedroom flat in Milford House, Queen Anne Street, sold for £655,000 against a £300,000 guide price (lot 31). The flat has 77 years remaining of a 125-year lease.
Other sales included a former pub in Dockin Hill, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, which sold for £455,000 against a guide of £475,000 (lot 35).
The property is divided into flats, with five let and one flat and a garage sitting vacant. The let flats produce £32,725 per annum, a 7% yield.
In Erith, Kent, a 0.44-acre freehold plot of land in a residential area sold at its guide price of £450,000 (lot 63). Plans have been drawn up but not submitted for seven houses.
