Acuitus offers bank portfolio

A portfolio of 15 banks, let to Clydesdale Bank, located mainly in the North of England and with guide prices ranging from £350,000 to £900,000, will feature at Acuitus’s next sale. The 7 July auction takes place at the Radisson Blu Portman hotel, W1.

Paul Fosh raises £2.2m

Paul Fosh Auctions raised £2.2m at its latest auction on 17 June at the Park Inn hotel in Cardiff. Out of 49 lots offered, 25 sold, equating to a 51% success rate.

Music Village takes the stage

A Birmingham building known as Music Village, which comprises 31 units – mostly recording studios – is being offered by Pennycuick Collins guided at £450,000-plus. The 10,400 sq ft freehold property produces an income of £85,440 pa, with two units vacant. The sale takes place at Birmingham City Football Club on 13 July.

Butters John Bee hits £1.9m

Butters John Bee sold 36 out of 55 lots at its 13 June auction at the Best Western, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, on 13 June. The auction house posted a 66% success rate and total sales of £1.9m.

Chalet with extras on offer

A boat and static caravan are included in the sale of a one-bedroom timber chalet in Clifton Village, Nottingham, being offered by SDL Graham Penny. The waterfront property, which is being offered with mooring rights, goes under the hammer on 13 July at Nottingham Racecourse.
