Auction House Scotland achieved a 71% success rate at its 25 August sale at 200 SVS, Glasgow. It raised £2.8m from 48 lots, of which 34 sold.

A Grade II listed 12-bedroom seafront hotel in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, is due to come under the hammer at Countrywide Property Auctions’ next sale on 13 September at Le Meridien Piccadilly hotel, W1. Requiring modernisation, the property has a £170,000 guide price.
