A former day care centre in Leicester that sold for £1m was among 27 lots offered at Shonki Brothers’ sale on 23 November, which raised £3.6m and had a success rate of 82%.
CPA raises £1.8m in Lincoln
Two cottages in Grantham that sold for £134,000 in total were one of 24 lots offered at the County Property Auction’s
sale in Lincoln on 23 November. The event raised £1.8m from the sale of 84% of the lots offered.
SDL Bigwood offers flat block
SDL Bigwood is offering a fully let block of flats in Birmingham guided at £1.5m. Generating £110,000 pa, it is one of three lots guided at more than £1m. Also on offer is a Vets 4 Pets clinic in Walsall, West Midlands, guided at £280,000 to £300,000. The sale will take place on 8 December at Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham.
