Equine lot is strong finisher
A property with paddocks, stables and a ménage area in Northwich, Cheshire, was sold at Butters John Bee’s auction for £435,000 off a guide of £400,000. The sale in Stoke-on-Trent on 23 January raised just over £3m from 54 lots, with three sold to online bids.
£3.4m from Harman Healy sale
Harman Healy raised £3.4m from 22 lots on 30 January, a success rate of 52%. It was the most raised at a Harman Healy sale since August 2015. A freehold semi in Sydenham, south-east London, with three flats was guided at £680,000 and sold for £735,000.
Allsop offers freehold pair
The freeholds of two former care homes are among the lots at Allsop’s commercial sale on 7 February. One of the homes, in Wellington, Somerset, is guided at £460,000-£490,000; the other, near Stafford, is offered at £375,000-£400,000. The sale will take place at the Park Lane Hotel, W1.
