SDL plans national network
SDL Bigwood is launching auctions in Coventry from 9 November, at the Village Hotel, and SDL Graham Penny will hold sales in Stoke starting in October, as part of a plan to build a national auction network. The joint SDL auctions operation will hold 29 sales in 2016.
Coastguard cottages offered
Three coastguard cottages with sea views built in 1865 in Ramsgate, Kent, go under the hammer at Clive Emson’s 14 September sale at Kent County Show Ground. Leasehold guide prices are £90,000 to £140,000.
