A lot containing 102 flats in a 17-storey tower block in Coventry is to be offered by Countrywide Property Auctions on 26 October at Le Méridien Piccadilly Hotel, W1, guided at £2.6m. The asset generates £340,000 pa from 75 let flats.
Former Brum nick on offer
A 3,870 sq ft former police station in Birmingham is being offered at SDL Bigwood’s 20 October auction. It will be guided at £300,000 to £325,000 at the sale, which takes place at Aston Villa Football Club.

Savills serves up listed lot
Savills Nottingham’s catalogue for its 20 October sale at Nottingham Racecourse includes a 2,188 sq ft, three-storey, restaurant in a Grade II listed building in Derby city centre. The building has nine years left on the lease and generates an income of £20,000 pa rising to £25,000 pa from next June. It is guided at £225,000 to £250,000.
